Annual Campaign 2011-2012
Stories have power. They inspire us, teach us, challenge us and entertain us. They make us understand. The story of the Palace Theater began in 1922, and for decades, its rich history and cultural legacy have entertained audiences throughout the Greater Waterbury community. Unlike most tales, however, the Palace’s success story is not the result of a single hero or heroine, but a compilation of remarkable supporting characters comprised of our patrons, volunteers, donors and local business owners.
This year, the Palace’s 2011-2012 Annual Campaign pays tribute to the theater’s rich history by featuring personal stories of support as told by these remarkable individuals. We invite you to read these stories, recall your own, and consider creating new ones for future generations by making a donation to the Annual Fund. Your gift at any level will help write the next chapter in the Palace story by supporting our many educational and programmatic initiatives dedicated to strengthening and enriching our community.
